Accountability to the Media Authority often requires an audit report with specific references to grant conditions and legality, supplemented by an activity report and budget column. We perform these audits in accordance with the manual.

For grants of €125,000 or more, an audit opinion is mandatory. We check whether the expenditures meet the eligible criteria and whether the accounting meets the conditions of the scheme.

We perform annually agreed-upon specific work according to Standard 4400N. These are based on the CBM checklist. We report only on the agreed work, without judgment or conclusion.

Notaries are required to have both their office and private financial statements audited or reviewed. Additional work under Standard 4400N also applies. We perform these assignments in accordance with the audit protocol of the Bureau Financial Supervision (BFT) and the Notary Profession Act.

We verify that senior executives are fully and accurately recorded, that remuneration falls below the applicable standard, and that there are no undue payments. The statement is consistent with applicable accounting standards.
